Vote NHA Slogans Love the NHS but don’t love Labour? Vote NHA Use your vote to stop the demolition of our NHS. Imagine if a couple of NHA MPs were elected and could hold the balance of power in 2015. How great would it be knowing there were even just a couple of NHA MPs always standing up for the NHS in the House of Commons. Polls shows health is one of the top 2 election issues. Without your health you have nothing. Make it your number 1 election issue. Join the NHA Fightback Slogans Unless you take a stand, there won’t be an NHS to pass on to the next generation. Join the NHS fightback. Our parents and grandparents built the NHS. Now it’s our turn to fight to keep it. Why is my hospital closing? It doesn’t have to. This government has got it wrong. Let the NHA Party get it right. Why do I have to wait hours at A&E? You don’t. This government wastes your money on changes that don’t help. Let the NHA Party do it better. Why can’t I get an appointment with my GP? Of course you should be able to. This government is driving doctors away from the NHS. Let the NHA Party bring them back. Why was my operation cancelled? It shouldn’t be. There aren’t enough beds or doctors. This government is creating a beds crisis and a doctors shortage. Let the NHA party sort out the mess. Let’s stop this government wasting billions on a pointless NHS reorganisation that creates chaos and puts patients at risk. Listen to the NHA Party. No to the other parties Slogans Cameron says he loves the NHS & would never harm it. Maybe he even believes it. Trouble is his actions are causing immense damage to the NHS. If you vote Tory in 2015 you will be voting for the end of the NHS. Even if you normally vote Tory, don’t do it – unless you want to say goodbye to the NHS. This govt is infesting our NHS with lawyers, bankers and accountants. This govt’s NHS policies are eroding trust and prioritising profit. Over the past 20 years the NHS has been covertly privatised with the collusion of the 3 main political parties. Insurance Slogans Even if you have private insurance, you need the NHS if you become chronically ill or need emergency or intensive care. Private insurance won’t help you if have a chronic illness or need emergency or intensive care. Doctors don’t want to be businessmen. They want to treat patients. Insurance companies only want low risk clients and will compete to attract the young and healthy. If you have a pre-existing health problem, you’ll be forced to pay high premiums to get cover. Did you know the cost of a heart bypass in the UK is $14,117; in US it costs $73,420? Your NHS Needs You Slogans Cuts to social care mean elderly people are stuck in hospital beds and operations for sick people have to be cancelled. Markets are fine for fruit and veg. Not for healthcare. The A&E crisis is down to government policy: patients stuck in A&E because they can’t be admitted (hospital beds axed), discharged (social care cuts) or treated (not enough doctors). Big private corporations are circling the NHS to make a profit. Caring for patients is irrelevant to them. Why does this government waste billions chaotically and pointlessly reorganising the NHS but ignores the sensible ways to improve patient care and save money? Our NHS is being stolen from under our noses. Your NHS needs you to fight for it before its too late! The NHS is a world respected institution delivering healthcare to all irrespective of the ability to pay and keeps costs down for all of us Privatisation Slogans There is no economic, logical, or clinical reason for market-based changes to the NHS. It is ideologically driven. Austerity is used as cover. For every hospital build under PFI the public could have had 3 built and fully-staffed with traditional public procurement. Marketisation has increased administrative costs from 5% to 14% of the NHS budget. And we are heading to 30% if we continue with US-style privatisation. NHS destruction plan: restrict NHS funding, erode services and trust, claim only option is selling off to private sector. |
